Norm joined Wm. S. Jackson & Associates Ltd. in 2016 as a contracted appraiser and has been working in the appraisal industry on Vancouver Island for over 20 years.  Norm holds an AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has extensive experience in the valuation of a wide variety of properties including residential dwellings, apartments, industrial and commercial land and buildings throughout the Vancouver Island Region.
